What drives us
The world's population is aging, and the healthcare sector is already feeling the effects. The key crisis of the coming decade is the shortage of skilled staff: clinics are operating at full capacity, posts remain vacant, and the administrative burden is growing. With AI, we finally have the opportunity to tackle this. We develop AI that takes on real work. With Luna, we have created an AI receptionist that answers calls, books appointments, and resolves patients’ queries independently. This allows practice teams to focus once again on what matters most: the patients in the clinic.
Our team
Over two-thirds of our team have a technical background, ranging from computer scientists to mathematicians with PhDs. Their backgrounds include the University of Cambridge, HPI, MIT and ETH Zürich, along with time at Palantir, SAP and Amazon. At praxipal, we bring all this expertise together in one place, with a clear goal: AI that makes a real difference in healthcare.
